Carroll Springs is a tiny unincorporated community in Anderson County, Texas with a population of around 20.

My Opinion

This was very small and hard to research, a Texas Alamanc page gave me all the info I needed!

It has a barn (a home goods store) called the "bargian barn"

and many houses!
